Processing and Shipping Time

Your order will usually take 1 business day (M-F) to be processed and shipped out. Once your order ships, it usually takes 5 to 10 days to arrive. The exact time depends on the ship-to location, the carrier delivery time, and the size of your order.

Shipping Costs

At this time we only ship to the lower 48 contiguous US states. Purchases over $99 qualify for Free Shipping. Empty guitar and bass hard cases, Epiphone Les Paul Express E, and other selected products may be subject to exclusion from our Free Shipping policy due to logistical difficulties. Shipping rates on purchases under $99 will vary depending on the weight and size of your order as well as the ship-to location.

Carriers

We primarily ship with UPS for larger items such as guitars and amplifiers. Smaller accessory items may ship via USPS if we determine that to be a more cost-effective method.
