Private Lessons with Tori Winkler- Vocals, Violin, Viola, Piano, Cello, and Upright Bass

Tori has been singing and playing her instruments since she was 8-years-old, starting in 4th grade and continuing through college. She has been a part of Salem-Keizer schools performing in the advanced choirs, advanced orchestras, playing in musical theater pit orchestras and All-State, All-Northwest, and All-City choirs or orchestras.

Tori is currently a junior at Western Oregon University as a Music Education major, working towards her bachelor’s degree before getting her master’s degree. She also has an Associates of Arts Oregon Transfer Degree from Chemeketa Community College with a focus in choral direction and voice lessons. While at Western Oregon University, Tori was able to travel to Germany to sing Brahms Requiem (in German!) with the youth symphony orchestra and approximately 400 other choristers, marking this as one of her coolest experiences as a singer!

Tori specializes in vocal, piano, and classical stringed instruments such as the violin, viola, cello, and stand-up bass. Her lessons focus on pop, rock, musical theater, and classical techniques while also focusing on being able to read and understand music notation and beginning theory. She currently lives in the Salem area with her dog and two cats who love listening to her practice! She joined RiverCity Rock Star Academy in the Spring of 2023 and is currently available for vocal, piano, violin, viola, cello, and upright bass lessons.
